Sure felt really elegant here in this #throwback photo. I love wearing the saree and it is amazing how it goes back thousands of years and is the only surviving unstitched garment from the past still commonly worn today.
In Malaysia, we are ever so blessed to be able to celebrate and wish our friends in the Malaysian Indian community as they celebrate their New Year today. I wish all my Tamil friends “Chittirai Putthandu Vaalthukal”, my Malayali friends “Vishu Ashamsakal” and “Aap Sab Nu Vaisakhi Di Lakh Lakh Vadai Hovey” to my Sikh friends.
